Denny’s is seeking to recruit a General Counsel to lead its legal function as well as the corporate secretary function supporting the Board of Directors. He/she will report to the CEO and be responsible for advising the Chief Executive Officer, the Board, and other members of the Denny’s Leadership Committee, which is comprised of the CEO’s and CFO’s direct reports, focusing on the most important legal and business strategies and issues facing the organization, and providing effective leadership for the legal and compliance functions.
